About the role
An established corporate group with diversified business interests is seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join their team as a key technical anchor due to current corporate expansion and restructuring exercises.
Key responsibilities
- Lead group financial consolidation and prepare high-level financial reporting frameworks
- Oversee full-set accounting compliance and statutory requirements in line with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS)
- Assist senior leadership in implementing corporate governance protocols and financial controls
- Liaise directly with corporate advisors, external auditors, and tax professionals for structural exercises
About you
- Must be a registered Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants—C.A.(M)
- Professional degree (ACCA, CPA Australia, MICPA, or ICAEW) is highly preferred
- 4–6 years of experience in corporate financial reporting, group consolidation, or a Big 4 audit environment
- Strong professional ethics with the ability to manage sensitive, high-profile corporate information
