Account & Admin Executive

• Perform general accounting tasks and daily operations assigned by superior.

• To manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions and ensure accuracy and integrity.

• Manage company’s inventory purchase to ensure accurate and up to date.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and supporting schedules.

• Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s e-invoicing requirements and support the implementation and submission of e-invoice processes in line with LHDN guidelines.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bank, and government authorities when required.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least, Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
2. Fresh graduates and applicants without experience are encouraged to apply as full training will be provided.
3. Familiar with SQL Accounting Software will be added advantage.
4. Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
