ACCOUNT AND AUDIT ASSISTANCE

About the role

This is a full-time position as an Account and Audit Assistant at SS Management Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. based in Jitra, Kedah. Reporting to the management, you will be responsible for providing accounting and audit support to ensure the smooth operation of the company's financial activities.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
• Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits as required
• Providing administrative support to the accounting and finance team
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Liaising with clients and external stakeholders as necessary
• Participating in process improvements and contributing to the development of the accounting function

What we're looking for

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field
• 6 months to 1 years of experience in an accounting or audit role, preferably in the services industry
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and regulations
