What they need
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage full sets of accounts & prepare report
Handle daily bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance.
Perform bank and account reconciliations.
Process accounts payable and receivable (billing and payments).
Liaise with company's auditor, Tax agent & Secretary
Understanding of New e-invoicing
Perform some admin tasks
Assists up for payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB
Carry out any ad-hoc jobs required by management.
Job Requirements:-
Candidate must process at least LCCI Diploma
Minimum 5 years of experience in handle full set of account
Hand on experience with SQL account software will be advantage
Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office application e.g Excel, Words & power Point.
