Account and operation Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, bills, and payment records.
• Handle GST-related entries, including CGST, SGST, and IGST.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain purchase orders and sales records.
• Monitor stock, inventory, and material movements.
• Assist in daily operational activities and office administration.
• Maintain proper documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with the accounts team and management.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting and GST.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
