Account and Special Projects Associate

We are looking for an Account & Special Projects Associate to support both Atelier 48 client management and TFB

Studios' ongoing projects and

programmes. This is a hybrid role for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and excited about working at the intersection of fashion, client experience, and project execution.

You will play a key role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience, while also supporting the delivery of internal and external projects across TFB Studios.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Management (Atelier 48)

• Act as the main point of contact for Atelier 48 clients
• Manage the full client journey: onboarding, design coordination, measurements, approvals, and delivery
• Communicate clearly between clients and tailors to ensure expectations are aligned
• Provide regular updates and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience
• Track orders, timelines, and client requirements

2. Production & Coordination

• Work closely with tailors and artisans to monitor production progress
• Ensure quality standards and timelines are met
• Flag delays or issues early and help resolve them efficiently

3. Special Projects Support (TFB Studios)

• Support planning and execution of programmes, workshops, and events
• Assist with coordination of timelines, partners, and participants
• Help manage logistics, communications, and documentation for projects
• Contribute to improving internal workflows and processes

• 1-2 years experience in account management, project coordination, or operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
• Comfortable using tools like WhatsApp, Google Docs, spreadsheets, etc.
• Interest in fashion and/or client service is a strong plus

Compensation

• Internship/Probation (3 months): #80,000/month
• Full-Time Role: A120,000/month

Duration: 3 months internship/probation, with potential to convert to full-time

Reports To: Creative Director

Pay: ₦80,000.00 - ₦120,000.00 per month
