Account &Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and clerical duties.
• Prepare invoices, quotations, receipts and purchase orders.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain proper filing of documents and records.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Update daily reports and assist with stock take.
• Prepare/request cash advances when required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the department.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant admin/accounts experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Familiar with SQL Accounting Software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Organized, responsible and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Experience:

• SQL system: 1 year (Preferred)
• AR AP: 1 year (Required)
• stock take: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driving license (Preferred)
