About the role

AR (Accounts Receivable) Officer responsible for managing domestic and international invoicing, debt collection, and payment reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Issue invoices, billing documents, and tax invoices to customers as scheduled
• Follow up on domestic debt via telephone or email according to aging reports
• Coordinate in English via email for international debt follow-up
• Track international payments through banking systems (Swift Code, Telegraphic Transfer) and verify transfer fees
• Record payment transactions and reconcile accounts
• Coordinate with sales and customers to resolve document discrepancies, amount mismatches, or payment extension requests
• Perform other assigned tasks
