ACCOUNT ASSISSTANT (RECEIVABLE)

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare invoices, billing statements, and financial reports.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Handle vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Account Dept or similar role.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

• Expect in communication and personal selling skill
• Able to work independently, & report working status at all time to Manager
• Organized and self-motivated
• Computer literate

YOU have ...

• A few years accounts related experience OR Fresh Grad are welcome
• Good command in three languages : Mandarin中文, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting
