Account Assistant / Accounts Executive (Junior Level)

Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting and data entry tasks.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and timely.
• Assist in account reconciliation and maintain proper accounting records.
• Verify and check accounting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain systematic filing of accounting and financial documents.
• Assist in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
• Provide administrative support and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree, LCCI, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Candidates with accounting experience will have an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
