Account Assistant (AR & AP)

• Match goods received to purchase invoice, delivery order and purchase order.
• Key in supplier invoices entry in system.
• Request and follow up with vendor and other departments to provide complete documentation for processing entry.
• Monitor goods received and purchase invoice and investigate reason for delay.
• Check recording of systems transactions with report.
• Assist in monthly stocktake.
• Check daily picking list with delivery order, convert to invoice and send to customer.
• Assist in Account Receivables work scope including raising invoice, payment knock off and follow up payment.
• Filing & other adhoc task.

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• SAP Finance & Controlling: 2 years (Required)
• Accounting: 2 years (Required)
