Account Assistant (AR/construction/ERP system)

Our client is an engineering service provider which specializes in providing a wide range of entrance solutions. They offer various products and services related to automated entrance systems, such as Automatic Doors, Industrial Doors, Entrance Automation and Service and Maintenance and so on. Currently, they are looking for an Account Executive to join them.

Job Details

• Salary range: $2500-$2800 (depends on experience)
• Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8:30am-5.30pm)
• Working Location: Ubi (Central)

We are urgently looking out for Accounts Officer for Accounts Receivables with some knowledge of construction billings, oversee and manage in the daily Finance and reporting requirements for the organisation on a timely and accurate manner.

Account Assistant (AR) Functions:

• Update all the sales related information
• Registering and updating all payments
• Follow up on outstanding receivables
• Invoicing of local projects, export sales, service and maintenance
• Monthly Reconciliation on the outstanding
• Local regulatory reporting
• Other financial duties and schedules
• Backup finance department during their absences
• Other administration duties
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager or the Management team

Requirement

• Candidate with experience in using ERP systems such as Sage 300 would be an added advantage
