Account Assistant

What We Offer

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Interview and Training will be at HQ in Penampang office

• Willing to be relocate in Tawau and Lahad Datu office later

(Free Staff Accommodation in branches office will be provided based on availability)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing support to the accounts team, including data entry, filing, and report generation

• Conduct weekly visits to tugboats to collect and deliver operational documents.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

• Liaising with shipping agents and government agencies for documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates with SPM or Diploma in any field are welcome to apply.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Demonstrating the ability to follow instructions and execute tasks with accuracy and accountability

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)

• Punctual, honest, and responsible in carrying out duties
