Account Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• To prepare payment voucher, debit note, credit note and maintain up to date cash book.
• To maintain systematic filing of all accounting records and documents.
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into computerized accounting system.
• To handle other daily accounting duties and any ad-hoc task from time to time.
• To assist Account/Senior Executive in day-to-day operational matters.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/LCCI in Finance/Accountancy.
• 1-2 year(s) working experience in a related field is preferred for this position.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Knowledge and experience in using Autocount accounting software system will be added advantage.
• Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Positive working attitude and ability to work in a team
• Willing to learn and responsible.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to start work immediately would be an advantage.
• Willing to work at Telok Gong, Port Klang
