会计助理 (Account Assistant)

工作职责：

1.  处理日常会计事务，包括付款、收款及采购发票录入

2.  负责销售回扣的 Credit Note（Rebate Credit Note）。

3.  负责每月银行对账。

4.  准备每月应收账款对账单。

5.  协助处理费用报销及相关财务文件。

6.  整理及归档会计及财务文件。

7.  协助月结/季度结账及其他会计相关工作。

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including payments, receipts and purchase invoice entries.
• Prepare rebate credit notes for sales transactions.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly debtor statements.
• Assist with expense claims and related accounting documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and organisation of accounting documents.
• Assist with month-end/quarterly closing and other accounting duties as assigned.

1.  SPM、Diploma、LCCI 或相关会计/财务专业资格。

2.  具备基本 Microsoft Excel 及 Word 知识。

3.  有会计软件操作经验者优先。

4.  工作认真、细心、有责任感并愿意学习。

5.  能独立工作，并具备良好的团队合作精神。

6.  欢迎应届毕业生申请。

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, LCCI or relevant qualification in Accounting/Finance.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
