ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Processing and recording financial transactions, including invoices, receipts and payments

Maintaining and updating accounting records and ledgers

Reconciling bank statements and accounts

Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Data entry and maintaining accurate financial databases

Filing and organising financial documents and records

Liaising with suppliers, clients and internal departments on financial matters

Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the accounting team

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
