Account Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Cum Admin. In this role, you’ll be supporting both accounting and office administration tasks to keep our daily operations running smoothly. If you are organized, enjoy working with numbers and can communicate well in Mandarin and English, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily data entry of accounting transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts) and prepare documents such as invoices, bills and vouchers.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements, petty cash and month-end closing tasks.
• Maintain accurate financial records, organize filing systems, and support audits when required.
• Support admin documentation and carry out clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and printing.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in accounting or admin is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Familiarity with accounting software (UBS, SAP) is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English to liaise with colleagues and clients.
• Strong attention to detail, well-organized and able to work independently or in a team
