• Oversee the statistics, reconciliation, and summarization of operational, financial, and inventory data. Mainly focus on transactions across platforms such as Ali Health,Miaozhu, and National Subsidy programs.
• Verify system data and promptly report any anomalies.
• Manage the issuance,verification,sorting,and archiving of invoices , and maintain relevant ledgers.
• Handle daily tax declarations and annual tax settlements for all applicable tax types.
• Coordinate with tax authorities during tax inspections.
• Ensure timely submission of online and offline reports and required documents to government authorities ,including tax ,statistics, and Market Regulation Administration .
• Liaise with external agencies, such as tax and statistics bureaus, to handle daily communication matters.
• Other tasks assigned.
