About the role
This role involves handling a partial set of accounts, including Accounts Payable and Receivables, with responsibilities spanning invoicing, data entry, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Handle partial set of accounts, including Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Perform invoicing, data entry, bank reconciliations, verification of data in system and documents
- Oversee supplier payments
- Prepare monthly journals for month-end closing
- Prepare monthly sales and purchases schedules
- Liaise with frontline and kitchen in communicating and resolving invoicing and payment discrepancy issues
- Assist in GST reports, Audit preparations, and Insurance matters
- Perform monthly and yearly physical stock counts
- Assist in answering incoming calls
- Perform general administrative and accounting duties as required
About you
- Minimum NITEC or LCCI in Accounting
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice
- Must be numerate and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiar with AutoCount Cloud-based Accounting Software
