Account Assistant

We are a growing company in the Telecommunication Business

(Wholesale and Retail).

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to support our accounting team!

Job Descriptions:

Daily Operations: Handle and update daily accounting transactions for wholesale and retail business.

Full Set Accounts: Assist in full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL.

Compliance: Assist in preparing reports and liaise with Auditors and Tax Agents.

Efficiency: Ensure all financial records are accurate, up-to-date and submitted on time.

QUALIFICATIONS | 基本资格

• Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Familiar with accounting software (AutoCount is an advantage).
• Good in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Able to communicate with our diverse client in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Good attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and within deadlines.
• Able to work under pressure.

Monthly Salary:

RM 2,000 – RM 3,000

(Commensurate with qualification and experience)
