Account Assistant

• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain proper accounting records.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Assist with payment preparation and bank transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper financial records.
• Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, banks and external accountants when required.
• Assist with payroll-related accounting and statutory payment records.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting and company documents.
• Support audit, tax and other finance-related matters.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
• Familiar with basic accounting principles and MS Office.
• Experience with SQL accounting software is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
