What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation) up to financial statements
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with SST/tax filing requirements and liaise with tax agents/auditors
- Manage invoicing, payment processing, and collections
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
- Ensure proper documentation and filing for audit purposes
- Liaise with LHDN, auditors, and company secretary as required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, handling full set of accounts
- Knowledgeable in Malaysian tax codes (SST, withholding tax, income tax filing)
- Proficient in accounting software (AutoCount) and MS Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet reporting deadlines
