Account Assistant

About the role

Yuncheng Industries (Ipoh) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Account Assistant to join our team in Menglembu Perak. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting support to our growing business.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
2. Support issue invoices DO and arrange delivery order
3. Assisting with the preparation of monthly report
4. Providing administrative support to the finance team as required

What we're looking for

1. Relevant accounting qualification, such as a diploma in Accounting
2. Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably within the Accounting and Small Practice Accounting industry
3. Knowledge in using SQL software
4. Willing to learn
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
6. Ability to work independently
