About the role
Record financial transactions in accounting system using Autocount, prepare and ensure invoices, receipts and payments are accurately recorded, monitor billing and payment, coordinate with branches on billing or payments, follow up on overdue accounts, record petty cash transactions, perform monthly bank reconciliations, organise and file financial documents, and handle finance related correspondences.
Key responsibilities

- Coordinate with branches on billing or payments
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- Record petty cash transactions
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Organise and file financial documents
- Handle finance related correspondences
About you
- Basic accounting/book keeping knowledge
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Mandarin and English
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Certificate/Diploma/equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related
- At least 1-2 years' experience in accounting works
