What they need
- Processing and verifying invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for accuracy and completeness
- Recording financial transactions in the accounting system and maintaining organised records
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including payment processing and collections follow-up
- Preparing bank reconciliations and assisting with cash management activities
- Supporting the preparation of financial reports and statements under the guidance of senior accounting staff
- Filing and organising financial documents and maintaining proper documentation systems
- Performing data entry tasks with attention to detail to ensure accurate financial records
- Assisting with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursement procedures
- Supporting the audit process by preparing required documentation and reconciliations
- Performing ad hoc accounting tasks and special projects as assigned by the accounting manager
