About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support the finance department by accurately managing daily transactional accounting activities, ensuring timely documentation, and executing operational tasks directed by department leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Review, verify, and match invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts
- Input financial data into accounting software
- Prepare and process payments
- Assist with monthly closing procedures
About you
- SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven 2-3 years experience in transactional accounting or a similar role
- Strong familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and handle urgent tasks assigned by management
