Account Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily AP/AR entries, bank reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
• Handle accounts receivables daily operations. Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding receivables, deductions, and credit assessment.
• Prepare month-end/year-end closing reports, accounting schedules/breakdown and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing group financial report and variance analysis.
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Full Time
• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience is preferred
• Computer knowledge in MS Office
• Good Command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Self-motivated, good communication skills & strong sense of responsibility
• 5.5 days work per week
• Immediately available is preferable
