About the role
Account Assistant responsible for Account Payable or Account Receivable.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting operations (focus either AR/AP)
- Assist in monthly financial reports
- Perform reconciliation on balance sheet related accounts
- Process invoices, payments, and staff claims
- Support month-end closing, Manage e-Invoicing compliance in line with LHDN
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory bodies
About you
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
- 2–3 years of working experience in the related field
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiar with SQL Accounting will be an advantage
- Mandarin Speaking will be an advantage
