What they need
Account Assistant
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Entry level
- Possessed basic skills of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in UBS is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Prepare full set of accounts for clients monthly/yearly including Financial Statements (Balance Sheet & Income Statement)
- Perform bank reconciliation, transaction and withdrawal evaluation
- Finalize account through general ledger, account receivable and payable
- Prepare fixed asset listing and hire purchase schedule if any
- Verify details with clients
- Discuss and manage with client for account closing
