Account Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities

• Checking and reply daily e-mail

• Download data from cashier module & reconciliation of closing cash in hand by daily

• Preparing outlet all edit list-cash, cheque and credit card pass to supervisor review & posting

• Update payment received by bank transfer for Warehouse & outlet customer then pass to supervisor to review & posting

• Monitoring of red bill received from collection

• Filling customer red bill received for outlet site

• Tally credit card outlet with settlement (slip)

• Responding to relevant customer enquiries and support by phone call or corresponding email

• Resolve clients billing issue with operation department and the respective of customer account

• Matching Pos invoice Vs Epicor invoice all successfully sync

• Issue Credit Note & Debit Note

• Allocate outlet credit note unapplied CBD customers

• Any other duty/task assigned by the company

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• At least 6 months of working experience or internship experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Possess strong communication skills in English

• Proactive, Independent & result-driven and presentable.

• Analytical minded, effective communication & interpersonal skills.

• Hardworking with initiative and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
