What they need
+Handle all billing operations, including invoice generation, payment processing.
+Follow up on unposted transactions and unresolved jobs & document filling .
+Ensure accurate and timely financial data reconciliation & CW1 Data Quality.
+Provide support in resolving E-invoicing related issues.
+Ensure timely and accurate billing for clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
+To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time
REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Business/Administration/Management.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Familiar with Cargo Wise Accounting System (preferred)
