This full-time position is based in Taman Seri Austin, Johor Bahru, Johor.

As an Accounts Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping: data entry, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and accounting schedules.
• Processing accounts payable and receivable efficiently and accurately.
• Preparing monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Assisting with filing, document management, and addressing client queries.
• Supporting financial analysis and helping clients understand their financial position.
• Collaborating with clients to collect, organize, and verify financial data.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and grow.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply—training will be provided!
• SPM, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, LCCI, CAT, or ACCA (partial/complete) in Accounting or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting software such as Autocount, SQL or similar platforms (an added advantage).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• A team-oriented, responsible, and proactive mindset. Willingness to take initiative and grow in a professional environment.
