Handle daily accounting and administrative tasks.
Maintain proper filing, documentation, and record-keeping for administrative and financial documents.
Coordinate with suppliers, and internal departments on invoices and other related documents.
Process and record Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions in SQL accounting system.
Assist in follow up on supplier invoices and maintaining accurate transaction records.
Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
Prepare monthly reports and assist in month-end closing.
