ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Maintain financial records, invoices, and payments
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable and basic reporting
• Handle petty cash and support budgeting
• Procure goods, manage suppliers, and track purchase orders
• Monitor inventory and update stock records
• Maintain proper filling and assist with audits
• Coordinate with departments and vendors

REQUIREMENT:

• Proficient in Auto Count & SQL software
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in related field
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good analytical & communication skills, resourceful and able to work independently
• Able to multitask and work independently.
