Account Assistant

About the role - Account Assistant

An accounting role focused on maintaining financial records, managing compliance submissions, and supporting bookkeeping and account operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain full sets of accounts, handle SST submission and handle E-Invoicing
• Liaise with clients for requesting documents and information
• Assist in monthly bookkeeping for in-house
• Ensure timely and quality completion of duties assigned
• Maintain proper record of documents

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Fresh graduates or minimum 1 year of accounting experience
• Proficient in accounting software UBS, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Passion for accounting and data entry
