What they need
Working Location : 11 Miles, Jalan Penrissen (Kuching)
Working Day : Monday to Saturday
Job Scope
- Handle daily basic accounting work
- Manage Invoices, Receipts, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, and Official Receipts
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) related work
- Process payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and track overdue accounts
- Maintain daily file archiving and properly preserve accounting records and related documents
- Assist with bank reconciliation and other account verification work
- Prepare documents required for monthly closing and financial reporting
- Communicate and coordinate with customers and other relevant departments on accounting matters
- Assist in preparing documents required for audit, tax filing, and statutory reporting
- Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner
- Complete other accounting tasks assigned by Superior
