Account Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly/year-end closing procedures to ensure timely submission of financial statements.
• Perform general accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and analysis using advanced Excel skills.
• Provide support to senior management on ad-hoc reporting requests.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to create complex spreadsheets and reports.
• Knowledge of GST (Goods & Services Tax) principles and practices is essential.
• Familiarity with Tally software is desirable but not mandatory.
