Account Assistant

Job Title: Account Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

A) Perform data entry tasks in timely and accurate manner.

B) Enter financial transactions including invoices receipts and payments into system.

C) Verify and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

D) Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with utmost discretion.

E) Assist with sorting and filing financial paperwork and documents.

F) Prepare and update spreadsheets as required (utilities, other expenses, intercompany transactions and others).

G) Respond to inquiries from colleagues to provide necessary information and support.

H) Working closely with other accounting team members to ensure proper & accurate documentation as well as clear communication/instruction.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Knowing how to use the Autocount system is an advantage.

• Good communication skills, problem-solving, and a good team player.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft office.

• Energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for great efficiency.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM), Saturday (8:30 AM - 1:00 PM)
