Account Assistant

Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

Check supplier invoices against POs and DOs

Prepare payments to suppliers and workers

Assist with bank reconciliation

Key in transaction into accounting software (SQL)

Maintain and organize accounting documents and records

Assist with payroll and salary calculations

Assist with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB matters

Follow up on outstanding payments

Prepare basic financial reports

Assist the Account Executive with month-end closing

Handle filing of invoices, receipts, credit notes, statements, etc.
