Account Assistant

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Position: Account Assistant
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records
• Handle purchase and sales invoices
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger entries
• Support GST, TDS and other accounting-related documentation
• Maintain proper records and filing of financial documents
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting requirements
• Assist the senior accounts team with monthly reports

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of Tally / accounting software
• Understanding of GST & TDS
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
