Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining books of accounts and financial records.
Record daily financial transactions and accounting entries.
Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and payment documents.
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Maintain expense records and support reimbursement processes.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries as required.
Organize and maintain accounting files and documents.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments when needed.
