Role & responsibilities Job Overview

• Role: Accounts & Stock Management Executive / Officer
• Core Focus: Inventory tracking, ledger reconciliation, and financial record-keeping.
• Primary Goal: Ensure physical stock matches accounting records and financial audits run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock & Inventory Control:

• Track daily inward and outward stock movements.

• Conduct routine physical cycle counts and audits.

• Reconcile physical inventory discrepancies with system records.

• Record inventory purchases, vendor invoices, and cost of goods sold (COGS).

• Maintain accounts payable/receivable related to suppliers.

• Apply inventory valuation methods (FIFO, LIFO, Weighted Average)

• Preferred Male Candidate only.
