Account Assistant

• Handle daily accounting operations, with a focus on Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Update and maintain accurate accounting transactions and records.
• Prepare monthly Statements of Account, Credit Notes, Debit Notes, and Official Receipts.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain a proper and organized filing system for accounting documents.
• Perform any other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or a related field, or LCCI certification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Mature, independent, and willing to learn.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
