ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

• Assist in daily accounting operations using SQL, including AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, general Accounting task & daily accounting functions.
• Liase with suppliers, banks and internal departments on routine / daily operation matters.
• Provide daily administrative support, including managing correspondence, project progress, proper filing & scheduling appointments.
• Assist in preparing and filing tax documents and other statutory requirements.Support ad-hoc projects & audit related activities as requiredAny task assign by Manager
• Positive & responsible attitude.Detail- oriented & follow instructions with minimal supervision.Interested in learning new scopes & exploring further.
• Proven experience as an Accounts and Admin Assistant or similar role, with 1-2 years of hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in using SQL Accounting software, MS Word & Excel.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin ( added advantage )Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required / added advantage

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
