Account Assistant

• Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, willing to learn, and able to handle accounting tasks accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
• Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and other accounting documents.
• Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Assist with bank reconciliation and monitor outstanding payments.
• Check and verify invoices, receipts and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Assist with payroll-related accounting records when required.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and relevant departments regarding payment and accounting matters.
• Assist with audit, tax and other financial documentation.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
