Account Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including exporting sales orders (HQRM) into the accounting system, monitoring collections, and maintaining accurate customer account records.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to calculate, verify, and reconcile daily sales transactions in bank.
• Monitor creditor aging reports and ensure payments are made in accordance with agreed credit terms.
• Handle the submission of e-invoices in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, including preparing payment documentation and request Statement of Account (SOA) from suppliers for audit purpose.
• Manage cash claim from operations team.
• Do daily checking through email from customers and suppliers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles. (Fresh graduate are welcome!)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
