Account Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process accounts payable and receivable across multiple engineering and construction projects.
• Perform data entry, assist with bank reconciliations, and generate basic financial reports.
• Track supplier invoices, issue payments, and follow up on outstanding corporate accounts.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records.

REQUIREMENTS

• NITEC or Diploma in Accountancy or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting software.
• Meticulous with numbers and highly detail-oriented.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

WORK ARRANGEMENTS

Full-time, permanent employment.

44 hours per week.

Working pattern: Regular Hours.
