Account Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the billing system by timely generating invoices and Statement of Account (SOA).
• Maintain and update necessary data entry records such as invoices, payment vouchers, accounts receivable records.
• Perform basic office tasks, such as filling, answering phone, processing email, etc.
• Follow up on customer overdue payments and assist in reviewing credit control.
• Assist in preparing month-end or year-end closing management account.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Business or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
• Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
• Responsible, good attitude and willing to learn.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
