ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

• Check transporter billing and ensure all supporting document including Delivery Order, Customer’s Weighing Ticket are provided and attached.
• Key-in transporter invoice & other purchase invoice into ERP system
• Check sales and driver commission records and prepare drivers’ commission twice a month
• Maintain and update the delivery order listing to match between sales & transport delivery in excel working file
• Check the completeness & accuracy of document submitted and enter purchase invoice, staff claims & utility bills into ERP system
• Maintain Capex in ERP system
• Involve in stock take and Capex audit twice a year
• To ensure the completeness and accuracy of cash book records with system bank ledger account by performing the bank reconciliation on monthly basis

JOB REQUIREMENT

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in handling full set account, financial accounting and financial management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
