Account Assistant

• To ensure daily accounts function and datelines are met.
• To ensure proper filling of accounts documentation and supporting documents.
• To handle accounting date entry, matching of accounting documents and other day to day operations of accounting functions.
• To handle accounts receivables and account payables.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• To assist in credit control analysis report and make sure that there is adequate cash flow.
• Assist in preparation of PV, CS & journal.

Job Requirement

• SPM / Diploma / Degree / Certificate in Accounting
• At lease 1 year(s) of working experience in related field.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Able to multi-tasked and work prioritized, good time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Required skill(s) : MS Excel, MS Word, Accounting, UBS system, SQL system
• Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Melayu and (Mandarin). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Working days : 5 working days (Monday ~ Friday)

Working Hours : 8:30am ~ 6.00pm
